The Double Room is our couples' favourite: a comfortable queen bed, a calm and cared-for space, and the quiet charm of the Oltrarno just outside — with Santo Spirito's trattorias a short stroll away.

What bed does the Double Room have?

A queen bed for 2 guests. If you'd rather sleep in separate beds, have a look at our Twin Room.

Is breakfast included?

We serve a homemade breakfast daily. Whether it's included depends on the rate you choose at booking.

Can I add a cot for a baby?

Yes: a cot is available on request for children aged 0–2 (€10 per night, subject to availability). Extra beds are not available, so for older guests please choose the room type with the right capacity.

Does the room have a balcony?

Some rooms have a balcony, subject to availability: if you would like one, mention it in the special requests when booking and we will do our best.

What is in the room?

Air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. All rooms are non-smoking and cleaned daily.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 to 00:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Arrivals outside these hours carry a €20 supplement and must be confirmed with the hotel — please let us know your arrival time in advance.

Where can I park?

We partner with a nearby garage at €30 per 24 hours, with car drop-off and pick-up at the hotel included. Please let us know before you arrive.
